What's the difference between Gold and Platinum?

Both include Ultra (premium AI plus streaming). Gold brings your total to 10,000 credits a month. Platinum brings it to 25,000 and adds Reseller with 50 customer accounts, each with 1,000 credits a month.

What do Gold and Platinum add to my Bundle?

Ultra (streaming, MP4 export, host on camera, call the host, avatar Q&A and voice cloning with consent) and more monthly credits. Platinum also adds Reseller. Everything in your Bundle stays the same.

Where does it all show up in my account?

Your monthly credits show under Settings → Access. Broadcasting and MP4 export are on each webinar's setup page, the Ultra features are switched on per webinar, and Platinum adds a Reseller page.

Is this a subscription?

Yes, a yearly one. Both plans renew every 12 months at the same price. You can cancel anytime in JVZoo, and nothing renews after that.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your Bundle and every webinar you've built. Ultra, the extra credits (and Reseller on Platinum) end when the paid year runs out.

What if I ask for a refund?

Ask through JVZoo within 30 days. Gold or Platinum is removed and you get your money back. Your Bundle stays yours.

Using it
Do the premium AI features use credits?

Some do. Each host-on-camera clip or face-to-face avatar Q&A uses 150 credits, and building a webinar uses 40 credits per finished minute. Answering questions out loud is included, up to 20 answers per session.

Can I really resell EverPitch?

Yes, with Platinum. Reseller (not included in Gold) lets you create up to 50 EverPitch accounts for your own customers. Each gets their own login and 1,000 credits a month, and you keep what you charge.

Can I clone anyone's voice with Ultra?

Only with the speaker's consent. You confirm it before a voice is cloned, and EverPitch won't clone without it.
