not ours.

Agency is a client license for EverPitch. Make, run and charge for webinars for your clients, with their logo, colors, email list and checkout on every webinar, and no "Powered by EverPitch" anywhere a viewer can see.

The problem

Clients want webinars. Nobody wants to make them.

Most businesses know a webinar would help them sell. Few have the time to script one, design the slides, record the voice and show up to host it. That's a service you could offer, if the tool let you do it in their name.

The work is theirs. The name should be too.

    Writing it

    Clients know their offer.
They don't have time to turn it into a talk.
  2. 2Design

    Slides and voice

You know what good looks like.
Designing and recording every client's webinar eats your week.
  3. ?3Brand

    Someone else's name.

A client page that says "Powered by EverPitch" makes them wonder who really did the work.

  4. 4Run

    Hosting it

    A live webinar sells.
You can't be live for every client, every day.

Writing, designing, branding and hosting: four jobs per client, before you've sold anything.

What if every client webinar looked like theirs, and ran itself?

Introducing EverPitch Agency

Your agency.
Their brand.

Agency turns EverPitch into a webinar service you can sell. You build each client's webinar from their own material, put their brand on every page and connect their tools. EverPitch runs it every day, and your name is the only one they hear.

Add Agency
1

The license

Make, run and charge.

Build webinars for clients, run them for clients and charge for the work. You set your own prices.

2

Their brand

No EverPitch name.

"Powered by EverPitch" comes off the registration page, live room and replay page. Each webinar wears the client's logo, name and color.

3

Their tools

Their list, their checkout.

Each webinar sends leads to the client's email list and takes payment through the checkout account you choose for it.

See it

Every slide in your client's colors.

Set the client's colors once and the whole deck follows: slides, the registration page, the live room and the replay page. Edit any slide by asking, in the Slide Studio.

  • Logo, name and color per webinar
  • Any of 11 slide styles, or the client's own palette
  • Their email list and checkout, chosen per webinar
  • An analytics page per webinar to report from

STEP1

Take the brief.

Ask the client for a link, a doc or an old recording, and build their webinar from it.

STEP2

Brand it.

Add their logo, name and color, then connect their email list and checkout account.

STEP3

Hand it over.

Share the registration link, or embed the join button on their site. Report from the webinar's analytics page.

Who you could run it for

Pick a client you'd pitch first.

The client right now

Patients ask the same questions about treatments before they book a consultation.

With a webinar you run
  • A short webinar explains the treatment every day
  • Questions answered out loud, from the clinic's own material
  • Bookings go to the clinic's own link, in the clinic's brand
You'd build it from
The clinic's treatment page and price list, ending with a consultation booking.

What you charge, and what clients get from a webinar, is up to you and them. This page makes no promise of income or results.

Questions

Questions agencies ask.

The license
Does Agency add credits?

No. Agency is a license: client webinars use the credits on your plan. If you'll build a lot of client webinars, pair it with Pro for 8,000 credits a month.

What can I charge clients?

Whatever you like. You bill your clients directly, and EverPitch takes no cut of what you charge.

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. Agency is one payment, and the license stays on your account.

Can clients log in to EverPitch themselves?

Not with Agency. You run client webinars from your own account. Creating separate accounts for customers is Reseller, which comes with MegaBundle Platinum.

White-label
Where does "Powered by EverPitch" come off?

The registration page, the live room and the replay page. Your client's viewers see the client's brand, not ours.

Can each client have their own logo and colors?

Yes. Each webinar has its own logo, name and color, and you can match the slides to the client's palette.

Where do client leads and payments go?

Wherever you choose per webinar: the client's email list, and the checkout account you connect for that webinar.

Can I show clients their results?

Yes. Every webinar has its own analytics page, so you can show each client how their webinar is doing.

P.S. Agency adds rights, not credits. If you'll run many client webinars, Pro's 8,000 monthly credits pair well with it.

P.P.S. Every client webinar gets its own analytics page, so reporting takes a link, not a spreadsheet.
